GameTapeXchange is an established and expanding technology based company that adapts today's latest technology into practical uses for coaches. Our products and services range from exchanging and streaming game film for players and coaches to tools used to analyze and view video playback through the internet and local applications.
GameTapeXchange is hiring a Customer Support Representative that will be responsible for all aspects of providing assistance to customers using our products. Qualified applicants should have experience in the sports video industry. Applicant must be knowledgeable in the use of video and its application in athletics. Experience working with multiple sports is preferred by not required. A working knowledge of camcorders, video editing software and moderate to advanced computer skills are required. Applicant must have the ability to efficiently handle and solve multiple issues simultaneously, the ability to quickly assess technical issues and provide solutions to customers.
Due to the nature of the sports industry the applicant will be required to work non-traditional hours (early morning, late night and weekend shifts). This position is also part of an on-call rotation with other Customer Support Representatives that will require the applicant to be on-call to handle inbound customer calls over weekend and night time shifts and various on-call shifts during holidays.
Primary Job Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Answer and provide support for inbound customer support calls
- Conduct 1 on 1 online training sessions with customers
- Work on-call rotational shifts over nights and weekends (including holidays)
- Responsible for specific accounts to ensure the users' accounts are configured for the customers' "Season"
- Develop new ideas to enhance current and new products
- Test new products, software and services
- Create documentation, manuals and training videos for existing and new products
