Is my video secure?
 Yes.  All GameTapeXchange(GTX)accounts are password protected and encrypted.  Only teams that have access to your game film based on conference rule will have access to your film.  Also, your opponent will not be able to have access to your most recent game until they have uploaded their most recent game.

Is support offered?
 Yes. GTX offers 24/7 support via phone, email, and through remote computer access.

Can I use any computer to upload or download files?
 Yes. You can upload or download files from any computer at any time.

Can I send my game film to a non GTX customer?
 Yes.  No guest accounts or requests required.  Simply email them a link to your game.

Do the conference office and officials have access to my games?
 Yes.  The conference office and officials will be given logins and passwords to access games.

Is GTX compatible with my editing system?
 Yes.  GTX is compatible with all editing systems on MAC or PC.

Do I need any special hardware or software to use GameTapeXchange?
 No.  If you would like us to take a look at your video equipment please contact us
