Frequently asked questions


Is my video secure?
 Yes.  All GameTapeXchange(GTX)accounts are password protected and encrypted.  Only teams that have access to your game film based on conference rule will have access to your film.  Also, your opponent will not be able to have access to your most recent game until they have uploaded their most recent game.

Is support offered?
 Yes. GTX offers 24/7 support via phone, email, and GTX Instant Messaging

Can I use any computer to upload or download files?
 Yes. You can upload or download files from any computer at any time.

Can I send my game film to a non GTX customer?
 Yes.  No guest accounts or requests required.  Simply email them a link to your game.

Do the conference office and officials have access to my games?
 Yes.  The conference office and officials will be given logins and passwords to access games.

Is GTX compatible with my editing system?
 Yes.  GTX is compatible with all editing systems on MAC or PC.

GameTapeXchange Support Representatives have begun preparing for 2010.

Please take advantage of the Off-Season and get your GTX Updates, additional training or refresher course.

If you have added any new software or hardware to your video operations please contact us to help make sure your new equipment is set to optimal performance and compatibility with GTX.

If you have any new coaches on staff that will be accessing GTX during the season, please have them contact us now for GTX 101 Basic Training.
